Mitzvah Corps and Better To Serve programs are free of charge if registered for Kulanu on Tuesday nights. We ask all Kulanu students to select at least one volunteer program to be part of.

I give permission to Kulanu/BJE to take whatever emergency measures (e.g. first-aid, disaster evacuation) as judged necessary for the care and protection of my child while under the supervision of Kulanu/BJE. I understand, that should a medical problem arise, all reasonable attempts will be made to reach parents/guardians or emergency contact designated on the Registration Form. However, should these attempts fail, and the student requires immediate medical consultation or treatment, I as parent/guardian, hereby authorize such consultation or treatment. MEDIA PERMISSION: BJE/Kulanuhas permission to photograph/film my child for advertising or editorial purposes and to use these photographs without compensation or additional restrictions.

OFFSITE TRIPS: I give permission for my child to participate in field trips and special programs away from the school facility.

RULES AND POLICIES I understand that students participating in Special Programs and Trips must respect and abide by the rules and policies particular to those premises and /or activities.

SPECIAL ISSUES, NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS If your child has any special issues, needs or requirements (i.e., allergies, learning disabilities, medications, etc.), please explain below.

DISCIPLINE: I understand that if a discipline problem arises which cannot be addressed by the teacher, the student will be asked to leave the class and report to the Kulanu Director who will discuss the behavior further. The student will return to class by the end of the period. -If the problem is repeated more than twice in a trimester the school Director will call the parents to apprise them of the situation. If needed, the parents will be requested to come into the school for a conference with both student and teacher. It is our strong desire to keep the lines of communication open.
